Agreement
By accessing or using Sydney Driving Instructors (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service
Sydney Driving Instructors provides an online venue for learners to discover instructor profiles and (in future releases) to book and pay for lessons. Instructors are independent contractors, not our employees. We do not guarantee lesson outcomes, test passes, or instructor availability.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
Search and listings
Search results depend on the information instructors supply. Location-based discovery requires you to enter a valid search from the homepage flow. We may change ranking, filters, or eligibility rules to improve the Service.
Payments
When payments are enabled, additional terms will apply at checkout. Until then, no lesson fees are processed through Sydney Driving Instructors.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss arising from the Service is limited. For services that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal use, our liability may be limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.
